MSW, LICSW, Approved Clinical Supervisor

Seattle WA, Virtual

  • I offer clinical supervision to associate practitioners working towards an LICSW or LMHC credential. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and an Approved Clinical Supervisor in Washington State, and have provided training, supervision, and mentorship in the crisis services context for seven years. I currently work as an Emergency Department Social Worker in Seattle, with previous experience in crisis services, outpatient community mental health, domestic violence services, and support services for houseless young adults. I have significant clinical experience with psychosis, chronic and acute suicidality, homicidality, and trauma. My passion lies in working with individuals who are acutely suffering.

I'm a relational and psychodynamic-oriented supervisor with a developmental approach, and am particularly committed to supporting new therapists in developing their confidence in working with high-risk clients. It is my goal as a supervisor to foster your curiosity and confidence. Supervision provides an essential supportive space for reflection and inquiry. Supervision creates a container where you can safely navigate ethical dilemmas, work through challenging cases, explore specific clinical interests, hone clinical and administrative skills, and have someone walk the road with you as you continue to define and articulate your professional sense of self.

I work primarily in person out of the Satya office in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle, but am able to meet virtually if needed.

Finding a good fit in a clinical supervisor is just as important as finding a good fit in a therapist. Reach out to schedule a free consultation!

  • All fees are income-based. My fee for individual supervision is twice your hourly rate of pay at your primary place of employment or $60/hour, whichever is higher, up to a maximum fee of $150/hour. I require income verification.

Pairs of associates interested in dyadic supervision receive a 50% discount on the income-based fee they would pay for an hour of individual supervision.
